Key responsibilities 


  • Lead all Digital Marketing initiatives and activities and in alignment with the Head of Global Marketing 
  • Lead the Junior Digital Marketing Manager and support this function to enhance skill set and knowledge   
  • Lead the development and execution of a new web journey for Coffee Systems (incl. customer journeys analysis) and maintain this new platform on a proactive and engaging level 
  • Ensure the flawless setting-up, execution and performance-controlling of customer activation strategies alongside value propositions, growth hypothesis, specifically set-up campaigns and KPIs 
  • Leverage emerging platforms to identify and engage with known and new audiences 
  • Facilitate internal resources with validated consumer insights in order to shape and strengthen integrated Marketing & Sales processes 
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for specific customer segments (incl. reporting) 
  • Lead generation: from brand awareness to acquisition (lead generation), trigger setting (CTA), conversion funnel management, lead capturing & nurturing   
  • Touch point management 


Key qualifications 


  • University degree with a major in marketing or similar 

  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing and marketing automation in B2B environments with demonstrated success defining a digital strategy and building multi-channel marketing capabilities  

  • Profound expertise in defining and executing inbound marketing tactics (owned, paid, earned) 

  • Deep expertise in publishing and distributing target audience specific content 

  • Highly experienced with developing goals and campaigns to drive lead generation, acquisition, user engagement, and brand awareness 

  • Highly qualified in analyzing digital customer and competitor data sets and drawing insightful conclusions for future strategies from the data 

  • Strong communication skills in English (business proficiency) and German  

  • Profound analytical capacity, inquisitive, data driven, works hypothesis driven Strong customer focus and service mindset to support external and internal stakeholders 

  • Flexible, adaptive, eager to learn, proactive
