Franke Home Solutions acquired WESCO AG and berbel Ablufttechnik GmbH on November 1, 2024.
As the Project Manager Integration & Processes you will directly report to the Managing Director WESCO & berbel and support the post-merger integration process of the two acquired legal entities into Franke Home Solutions DACH. The main focus will be on aligning processes, identifying synergies and supporting the various functions with their integration challenges. In addition, you will contribute to ambition planning and key projects across the German‑speaking markets (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
You will be part of our Graduate and Early Career (GEC) Program of 18 months, which enables you to:
- Deliver meaningful projects with impact on our local and global business – from the very beginning
- Own responsibilities and challenging projects for you to accelerate your professional development and personal growth
- Enjoy the opportunity to influence stakeholders, bringing strategic thinking and creativity into play to challenge the status quo, with exposure to senior leadership
- Take on more responsibility after successful completion of the program, either in your current team, or in a different function/division/location based on your performance and available opportunities
Your tasks
- Provide support and lead a wide range of projects with continuous exposure to senior leaders.
- Map and analyze processes at WESCO AG and berbel Ablufttechnik GmbH and align them to Franke Home Solutions standards
- Identify control, compliance, and efficiency gaps relative to Franke Home Solutions standards, propose improvements and follow up on them
- Support the departments in their sales growth and digitalization efforts
- Coordinate integration plans, governance cadences, and reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, training, and adoption
- Status tracking and reporting in the management team meetings
- Have the opportunity to influence stakeholders, bring your strategic thinking and your creativity into play and challenge the status quo
Requirements
- You have completed your Master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics and gained (2-4 years) working experience in consulting or project management
- You have led projects yourself from end-to-end with the accountability to manage people while not having the direct reporting line
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills, attention to detail and collaborative mindset
- High engagement level and drive for results
- You can function well in ambiguity and can manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity
- You are a team player and an agile learner with a proactive mindset
- Languages: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, other languages are an asset
- You are willing to travel 20-40%, mainly within Switzerland and Germany
