Are you ready to shape the future of our Home Solutions in the DACH region? As Quality Manager Home Solutions DACH, you will be responsible for quality at Franke in high-quality stainless-steel products for the private kitchen sector and at WESCO for ventilation for kitchens, residential, as well as school and office ventilation systems. You will be located in Aarburg, report directly to the Head of Quality Franke and be part of the extended management team at WESCO.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing procedures
• Evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company's standards
• Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Ensuring output meets quality standards
• Reporting to upper management
• Submitting detailed reports to appropriate executives

Your skillset

• Proven experience in the Quality, Production, and environment area
• Deep knowledge of Quality management
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Outstanding communication ability
• Fluent English
• Open to travel (approx. 15%) to Franke Bad Säckingen (DE) and Wesco Wettingen
