A key focus of the role is to simplify complexity across systems, processes, and reporting landscapes, creating a scalable and best-in-class controlling environment that supports growth, improves transparency, and enables data-driven decision-making across the region.

We are looking for an innovative finance leader with strong business acumen who challenges the status quo and thinks beyond traditional finance boundaries.

  • Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and operational management.
  • Challenge assumptions and provide fact-based recommendations to improve business performance.

  • Support growth initiatives, transformation programs, and continuous improvement projects through financial analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Reporting & Team Leadership
  • Lead monthly closing reviews from a controlling perspective and ensure timely and high-quality management reporting.
  • Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
