About the job

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Sales Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales operations process for our Philippines business. This role serves as a critical link between customers, sales teams, manufacturing plants, purchasing, production, warehouse, and logistics functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment, accurate sales reporting, and excellent customer service

Your tasks

  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Support sales forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
  • Monitor deliveries, customer concerns, and operational performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and business analyses.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations and customer service.
  • Support payment follow-ups, invoice processing, and order-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Manufacturing or multinational company experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna
