We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated HR professional who thrives on making a real impact within the company driving activities across various areas of HR, such as Manufacturing data reporting, HR Administration and Compliance, Recruiting and Employer Branding, Training and People Development, to join at our location in Fabriano (AN).

 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

This position will play an active role in performing day-to-day HR and people-related tasks, supporting the local HR team in the management of all activities both operational and strategic.

  • You will support personnel management activities, including the relationship with employment agencies for temporary workers;
  • You will manage the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, performance and reward management, engagement initiatives;
  • You will leverage HR analytics and Operations KPIs to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across HR processes; 
  • You will support the daily administrative activities and ensure all employee information in the HR systems is accurate and up-to-date; 
  • You will provide support to recruiting activities for white and blue collar profiles, from job description definition to the interview, as well as maintain relations with Universities and/or training institutions for recruitment of young talents and internship activation procedure;
  • You will plan and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments, to assure a smooth transition to the organization and deliver an exceptional first-day experience;
  • You will support the management of training courses, mandatory trainings for the manufacturing plant, funded trainings and related operational activities (records, data analysis, collection of documents,…).

Main Requirements and Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in Economics/Law/Human Resources Management or related field. Post-Graduate Master in HR management will be considered a plus;
  • 3+ years of previous experience in Human Resources, in particular within a production plant;
  • Manufacturing industry and Italian employment/labor laws knowledge, good understanding of general HR policies and procedures;
  • Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite;
  • Being able to understand key HR metrics and work with data;
  • Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and committed mindset;
  • High level of integrity, sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
