This role is based in Fabriano (AN), Italy and reports to the Head of Operations Hoods.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

In your role as a Health and Safety Hoods Manager of the Division, you will be responsible for the following main activities:

• Translate the Franke SHE policies and standards into an operational plan;
• Manage, maintain and improve local SHE management system according to the relevant ISO standards and Franke central SHE management standards and guidelines;
• Promote and be the guardian of a Safety first Culture, coaching and supporting the local organization;
• Training management on Corporate Standards;
• Drive focused actions to reach our measurable business goals;
• Perform SHE analysis and contribute in reports development;
• Monitor and carry out periodic audits/inspections to verify compliances with procedures, initiate corrective actions and monitor effective implementation of best practices in other Franke entities.

Requirements and Competencies

• Engineering Degree or equivalent technical education;
• 5+ years of experience within Health & Safety in international manufacturing companies;
• Experience with Management Systems (ISO 9001 , ISO14001, ISO 27001 & ISO 45001);
• Plus is experience in Loss Prevention and Fire Safety;
• Fluent English and Italian (spoken & written);
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills to drive focused actions to reach Business Goals;
• Optimal communication skills, proactivity and interest in HSE field will complete the profile;
• Proficient in all MS Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Willing to travel internationally >= 30% (e.g. Mexico, India, Turkey,...)
