About the role
As E-Commerce Project & Growth Specialist, you’ll help us scale and optimize our global B2B webshop ecosystem while driving impactful marketing initiatives. You’ll work at the intersection of digital marketing and e-commerce, turning ideas into campaigns that boost adoption, conversion, and customer engagement.

Your tasks
- Plan and execute marketing activities – including landing page creation, newsletter campaigns, and other on-site promotions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and timing.
- Analyze campaign performance and webshop KPIs (traffic, conversion, order value) to recommend improvements.
- Support e-commerce projects and learn how our ERP/webshop systems enable growth.
- Contribute to pricing, discount, and campaign discussions from a performance and growth perspective.
- Explore opportunities for e-commerce visibility.
- Analyze growth opportunities and identify new ways to drive adoption and engagement.
Your profile:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or analytics.
- Hands-on experience with landing pages, newsletters, and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with key e-commerce metrics (conversion, order value, retention) and ability to connect them to business outcomes.
- Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Marketo, and analytics platforms is a plus (not mandatory).
- Keen interest in combining business growth with technology.
- Excellent English communication skills.
