About the job

Product Data Specialist coordinates the maintenance and quality of product and supplier master data within the ERP system. Ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance while executing core master data processes. Drives continuous improvement of data quality and master data governance.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of product and supplier master data in the ERP system in line with defined business rules
  • Create, maintain, and update article and supplier master data in accordance with established company standards
  • Maintain and validate product-related information, ensuring compliance with OEM requirements
  • Track and process Supplier Cost Notices, including logging updates and securing necessary approvals
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders through ad-hoc requests and ongoing master data management activities
  • Participate in and support projects related to master data processes, improvements, and governance
  • Monitor and analyze master data quality and consistency, identifying discrepancies, trends, and opportunities to enhance data accuracy and governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or University degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or a Technical field)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with focus on data handling
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with analytical and BI tools is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and identify discrepancies
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization
  • Process-oriented, solution-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%)
