About the job

Segment Manager is responsible for working closely with customers, sales teams and partners with global product management to launch new products and drive sustainable, profitable growth. This role supports initiatives related to the execution of sales projects, product lifecycle in terms of customer engagement, support, and execution.

 

Main tasks

  • Maintains and develops key account relationships;
  • Collaborates with Sales and Product Management on new product development and customer projects;
  • Investigates and resolves customer issues, coordinates communication between stakeholders, and manages sales projects from quotation to completion;
  • Identifies new product opportunities, influences product development, and supports product life cycle efforts;
  • Develops marketing programs;
  • Attends industry events to maintain market share and customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering
  • At least 2 years of product management / development experience
  • Experience in technical sales support
  • Experience of working in global environment
  • Outstanding Communication Skills

  • Solid Engineering/Design
  • Outstanding Influencing Skills
  • Cross-Functional cooperation
  • Superior Customer Service Skills
  • Readiness to business travel within Europe (up to 15% of working time)
