Your tasks
- Execute Franke Culture in Asia by aligning global frameworks with local market needs and implementing culture‑building initiatives that enhance engagement and cross‑BU collaboration.
- Design and deliver Employee Experience programs—from ideation to evaluation—including onboarding optimization, workplace flexibility, well‑being initiatives, and feedback‑driven improvements.
- Measure culture and experience effectiveness using surveys, focus groups and KPIs, ensuring insights translate into continuous enhancements.
- Support Talent Excellence processes by partnering with Group HR and Asia HRBPs to ensure consistent execution of talent management, succession planning, performance management and career development.
- Act as HRBP for Asia shared service center, advising functional heads on organizational design, talent acquisition, employee relations and overall people development.
Requirements
- Bachelor and above degree, English can be work language
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and collaborate across functions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner effectively with managers and global colleagues.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
