GEC participants deliver meaningful projects with impact on our local and global business, collaborating across functions and divisions, thereby gaining significant exposure to senior leadership. 
GEC participants have the opportunity to influence stakeholders, bring their strategic thinking and creativity into play and challenge the status quo. 

The GEC journey is designed to facilitate progression, empowering participants to take on increasing responsibilities, 
fostering confidence and agility.

The 4 stages of the GEC program offer a well-rounded, tailored approach that encourages networking and proactivity. 

Guided by mentors, coaches, and team members, GEC participants receive strong support, preparing them for future roles
within their current team or a different function, division, or location upon the successful completion of the 18-months GEC program.

 

Your tasks

Projects allocation in 18-month

· Streamline and optimize workplace efficiency through 5S implementation

· Optimizing Work Time Breakdown for Team Leaders

· Production process flow optimization on Agile Manufacturing

· Optimizing Product Design and Resource Efficiency through Working Hours Analysis

Deep Engagement with Operations Process and Systems to to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements

  • You have completed your Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering or related major and gained your first working experience​​ (max 3 years) 
  • Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite, other languages are an asset ​ 
  • You demonstrate genuine interest in our business and are eager to discover and learn about different functions and roles within Franke​​ 
  • You can manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity 
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills​ 
  • You are a team player and an agile learner​ 
  • You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone  
  • Excited about being part of a global team and turning your ideas into action 
  • Proactive and committed mindset
