Your tasks

Your key contributions and influences:  

• Manage product costing and inventory accounting, ensuring accurate cost bookings for raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances, including standard cost updates, PPV, usage, and exchange rate impacts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control, supporting cycle counts, stock takes, inventory reconciliation, and provision analysis.
• Lead assigned month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and manufacturing reporting.
• Provide operational financial insights, supporting budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and business decision-making.
• Drive compliance, process optimization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Develop regional finance expertise, building capabilities to support Asia reporting requirements and broader finance operations.

Requirements

What we are looking for： 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in cost accounting, inventory accounting, or manufacturing finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with SAP and multinational manufacturing companies is a plus.
