Your tasks

Processing spare parts orders (both Domestic and Overseas)

  • Enter the spare parts sales order in PBS according to oversea customer's request and Ensure delivery on-time.
  • Reply on the inquiry from customer regarding the spare part's stock, price, ordering, etc. 

Processing Ordering

  • Feedback the order processing status to customer and tracking the departure & arrival of order based on the request from customer. 
  • Maintain the spare parts information in PBS, set up new spart number and sales price in PDM.
  • Monitor orders send out status, invoice on time.
  • Inventory planning and order follow-up by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Coordinate with purchasing dept for spare part purchasing as well as inventory planning.
  • Follow up with production dept for spare part production and planning.
  • Coordinate with logistic dept for on-time-delivery with reasonable cost.
  • Manage spare parts forecast according to market requirement.

Spare Parts Quality Complain

  • Analyze and handle spare parts quality issues by working with involved depts.

Customer Satisfaction

  • Maintain customer high satisfaction by meeting customer business expectations. Resolve conflicts with and complaints from customers with tack and diplomacy. Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey per company expectation and provide analysis report and implement actions for improvements.
  • Maintain high level of contacts with Franke’s customers and Franke 3rd Service Agent in spare Parts, to understand their requirements and expectations, and to keep good working relations by providing added value to customers.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Shorten the response time on sales order by simplifying and enhancing the procedure.

Reporting

  • Submit report monthly, finish project per dept assignment.
  • Prepare and submit supporting documents to Finance Dept. for invoice issuing; Prepare AR information and counter-check with customer.
  • Based on AR report, follow up payment with customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluently communicates with English.
  • Be familiar with international trade rules. Have the foreign trade work experience is preferred.
  • Be responsible.
  • Be proactive to deliver the solutions for customers.
