About the job

Are you passionate about driving supplier quality, managing end‑to‑end projects, and ensuring high quality product launches? Join our Franke Asia Sourcing Vitenam team and  make a real impact on product quality, supplier performance, and project excellence.

Your tasks

  • Project Development & Execution: Drive the end‑to‑end project process to ensure timely, high‑quality, and cost‑efficient delivery.
  • Tooling & Documentation Management: Follow up tooling development, prepare tooling contracts, create part numbers, and track engineering drawings and inspection standards.
  • Sample & Production Validation: Evaluate first production samples and oversee first‑order production to ensure alignment with specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Cross‑functional Coordination: Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing teams to support tooling acceptance and resolve supplier quality issues.
  • Supplier Sourcing & Development: Identify, assess, and select reliable new suppliers, and conduct effective pre‑audits to ensure capability, quality, and cost competitiveness.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Initiate supplier transitions or phase out underperforming suppliers when needed.
  • Procedure Optimization: Support the Sourcing Manager in improving departmental procedures and ensuring effective implementation.

Requirements

  • College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, enginerring or Manufacturing
  • 3+ years expertise in suppier managament, familiar with supplier deveopment processes and standards for industrial products
  • Highly detail-driven, organized, and able to work independently
  • Strong communication in English 
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City or nearby and willing to travel within Southeast Asia
