About the job
Supports cost management and financial performance across the supply chain through budgeting, analysis, and reporting. Responsible for month-end closing, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting and inventory processes.
Your tasks
- Partner with Production, Logistics, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for plant operations
- Monitor and analyze COGS, overhead, scrap, and inventory performance
- Perform month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and inventory valuation
- Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and internal control policies
- Oversee inventory management, including stock turnover and physical counts
- Manage fixed assets accounting and support statutory audit requirements
- Prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership review
- Coordinate monthly cut-off activities with Operations and Sales
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy required; CPA preferred, Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 10+ years in plant finance/controlling

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Costing and variance analysis expertise
- Proficient in ERP and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
