About the job

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following.

- Basic understanding of business acumen and targets – Understanding of company’s key financial requirements.

- Advanced Order Management Process – Knowledge of the entire order processing system, from receiving orders up to logging the accounts receivables against the raised orders, including follow-throughs of unsettled invoices.

- Advanced Customer Knowledge - Understanding of the customers' needs based on their company directives and business needs.

- Advanced Product Knowledge - Understanding of restaurant equipment and needs specific to the Foodservice industry.

- Advanced analysis and critical thinking with risk assessment - Understanding checkpoints in placed to support business targets, initiate discussion to resolve potential issues that may result to deviation from company goals.

- Difficult problem solving and decision making - Identifying problems, brainstorming and analyze answers, implementing the best solutions, and being able to make choices at each step of the problem-solving process.

- Advanced project management - Effectively coordinating a project from start to finish.

- Basic knowledge of government rules affecting the business such as PEZA, Bureau of Customs, BIR for VAT, etc.

Your tasks

  • Business Process Management

    • Ensures compliance with the entire order/service cycle by acquiring in-depth information on customer requirements

    • Able to recommend intelligent/practical solutions when problem arises to achieve or exceed customer satisfaction and for the continuous improvement of the Department

  • Order Management

    • Prepares sales order based on purchase order received from the customer through the Market Manager

    • Manages order entries with POs in the ERP system, coordinates with Purchasing and production for materials and resource planning. Feedback to External Sales team regarding operations commitment.

    • Provides regular and periodic updates on projects thru the POD system and to Market Managers on project/order status, routine correspondence, and other needed reports needed by the customer

    • Effectively manages the invoicing, payments and collection monitoring, payment terms, credit processes, rebates, and cost charging

    • Handles customer complaints favorably; makes recommendation and plans on how to resolve identified customer service issues in coordination with External Sales, Engineering and After Sales Team/QA Teams.

    • Manages Market Managers/External Sales to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including implementation of internal agreement on PO management, payment terms execution and production planning

  • Team and Customer Management

    • Carries out supervision or leads work responsibility by initiating significant Interaction and coordination with internal departments as regards projects, revision and issues or concerns

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction and excellent customer relations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business courses or any related courses

  • Years of total working experience:  3-7 years of experience

  • Years of relevant working experience: At least 3 years' experience in Sales Operations engaging with people at all levels and customers.

  • Able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked, interrupted environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
