About the job
Establish and maintain a cost-effective Service Strategy covering installation of equipment, after sales technical support, warranty, and spare parts supplies. The incumbent is expected to be proactively engaged in reducing the Service Call Rate (SCR) for Franke produced products, through technical analysis, and co-ordination with others to develop solutions.
The Service activities are primarily carried out through multiple third-party suppliers, located across different countries and regions with countries.
Your tasks

Sets up operational goals for after sales service according to company strategy and implements metrics to measure work activities and make improvements as necessary.

Monitors and manages service cost, including warranty.

Manages the installation of equipment of new store openings and hands over new store restaurants to customers on time and in full.

Manages equipment after sale service contracts with customers.

Provides technical support and equipment service for all Franke equipment in SEA.

Manages service partners/providers and their performance (e.g. quality of service, response time, etc.).

Provides technical support to Sales Operations Coordinators, service providers and call center.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Refrigerating Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Years of total working experience: 6 to 10 years

Years of relevant working experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a managerial or leadership position

Experience Expectation Highlights: Experience in leading and managing projects, at least 4 to 5 years' experience in equipment maintenance and repairs

Must have the technical know-how to understand the installation process, as well as how equipment works, with sufficient knowledge to personally diagnose/solve problems, or be able to recognize who/how to diagnose them and solve.
