About the job

The Software Engineer I research, designs, modifies, develops and writes computer software systems that support the Business Process and Company Goals.

Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.

Your tasks

 

  • Creates or modifies computer programs which are essential to the Business Process.
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct analysis.
  • Participates in system upgrades and corrects errors to maintain systems after
  • implementation.
  • Create visualization and reports for requested projects.
  • Participates in the testing process through test reviews and analysis, test witnessing and
  • certification of software.
  •  Writes and updates technical documentation.
  • Coordinate installation of software system.
  • May maintain BU suite performing updates, supporting users, and fixing errors.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering or any related field.
  • With at least 2 years working experience on system application development and database development
  • Knowledge and/or experience in Java, C#, PHP or other related programming language.
    • Background in data warehouse design and data mining.
    • Familiar with Business Intelligence technologies.
    • Working knowledge and background of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
