About the job

Are you looking for an opportunity to showcase your customer service expertise and contribute to a dynamic sales environment? We have an exciting role available for a Sales Partner to join our team in Manchester.

As a Sales Partner, you will play an important role in managing customer orders and interactions, ensuring seamless transactions and outstanding customer service.

Your tasks

  • Manage customer enquiries regarding orders, pricing, availability and deliveries via email and phone.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the sales office, providing proactive support to our external sales team.
  • Liaise closely with the Franke Shared Service Centre to ensure efficient transactional interactions with customers.
  • Coordinate delivery reports and expedite back orders to meet customer needs.
  • Arrange transport and confirm delivery or collections to customers.
  • Collaborate with haulier, suppliers, warehouse and other operations staff members to facilitate smooth order processing.
  • Handle sales order paperwork, including returns and credits, with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare documents according to customer requirements and company practices.
  • Provide backup cover for the Consumer Care team when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales order processing environment.
  • Experience in roles where organization and processes are critical.
  • Experience using business operating systems, e.g., SAP is an advantage.

Recruitment Process:

• Interviews: The recruitment process will consist of max. two interview meetings. The first interview will be conducted online, followed by a second onsite interview in Manchester.

• Assessment Tests: Candidates may be asked to complete tests, including an Excel proficiency test, to evaluate their skills and suitability for the role.
