About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our portfolio of top-tier clients. The KAM will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of key customer needs and business objectives, while proactively identifying and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth. This role involves regular client visits, execution of strategic sales activities, and the achievement of annual sales targets within the assigned key accounts. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, continuously expanding existing relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Your tasks
- Conduct regular customer visits according to the established plan.
- Maintain and update customer data, visit reports, promotional activities, competitor insights, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
- Introduce and promote new products to clients.
- Identify and propose potential new customers based on market analysis and growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding customer payments.
- Support sales administration processes, including order follow-up, shipment tracking, payment coordination, and after-sales service.
- Monitor and analyze the sales performance of assigned customers.
- Drive growth by increasing sales volume through upselling and cross-selling, particularly with new products.
- Negotiate and close deals while handling objections or complaints professionally.
- Inform customers about current offers, promotions, and initiatives, ensuring all data is accurately recorded in the CRM platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional activities and enhance brand awareness within the customer portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Results-driven with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
