We are looking for:

Job Overview / Purpose of the function:

Reporting to HR Manager, HR Generalist will be required to provide support to HR team on a day-by-day basis regarding several HR topics:


Main Responsibilities:

The HR Generalist will be the prime interface of all employees for any HR related topic. He/She support HR Manager in administrative, payroll and time management processes ensuring all HR process is executed in line with corporate requirements and the applicable country legislation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support into Payroll and Time Attendance
  • Managing of master data in the respective HR Administration system
  • Responsibale to maintenand update the HR legal documentation
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Maintain updated organizational charts and job descriptions,
  • Support in developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization,
  • HR analytics (KPI and other reporting),
  • Check the HR budget/forecast and related variance analysis
  • Support into time attendance process and analysis (e.g. data entry of holiday requests, illness, overtime, working permits, etc.)
  • Provide active support to payroll provider at the end of each month for any issue regarding the pay-slips
  • Manage relations with suppliers of HR Services (e.g. canteen, Time machines, DPI providers, etc.) in collaboration with Purchasing office
  • Supporting good practices so that HR administrative processes better support business needs and legal requirements

Main Requirements / Expert Knowledge, Experience:

  • Master Degree
  • 2/3 years of experience in similar role
  • Good knowledge of Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Energy and proactivity
