About the job

Lead the transformation of the Colored Sinks category by turning Franke into the global trendsetter in colored food-preparation solutions. Drive breakthrough innovation across Composite Sink, redefining consumer expectations through iconic design, superior functionality and system-based solutions. Report directly to the Head of Global Category Management Sinks & Accessories (based in Italy).   

  • Own and drive the global Colored Sinks category, covering all three material segments: Fragranite, Tectonite, and Ceramic
  • Define and execute the global category strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and growth
  • Operate within the Central Category Management organization, as part of the Global Category Sinks & Accessories (including Stainless Steel sinks, Colored Sinks, Accessories, and Waste Kits)
  • Lead in a global matrix environment, leveraging:
    • Dedicated regional product managers across eight country clusters
    • Cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain
    • Ensure alignment and execution across markets, driving consistency, innovation, and performance at scale

Your tasks

Strategy, Portfolio & Growth

  • Define and drive the global Colored Sinks strategy, managing a competitive, design-led portfolio across materials and markets
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and consumer needs to strengthen positioning and unlock new business potential  

Innovation & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead innovation and product lifecycle end-to-end, from concept to commercialization, including portfolio evolution, pricing, and go-to-market execution  
  • Own full product lifecycle management, including launches, phase-outs, and margin evolution, pricing strategy   

 Performance & Integration

  • Deliver above-market growth and end-to-end financial performance, while driving cross-category integration to create holistic system solutions  

 Market Insight & Leadership

  • Translate consumer, design, and market insights into differentiated products, acting as a key voice for materials, finishes, and trends  
  • Lead idea generation processes to stay ahead of competition  
  • Push innovation and differentiation, especially in design and functionality   

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work across regions and functions to ensure execution, align priorities, and drive delivery through strong matrix leadership 
  • Share best practices across categories, clusters, and marketing teams  

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Solid understanding of the sinks category (or comparable industries), including market trends, key players, and technical aspects, preferably on a global scale
  • Proven hands-on leadership style, acting as a coach, driver, and enabler for teams
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset  
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative thinker who challenges the status quo and focuses on results   
  • Passion for design and creating customer value  
  • Focus on delivering results over theoretical concepts

Education & Languages

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or a related field
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus, particularly Italian and German

Mobility

  • Willingness to travel internationally (≥30%)
