About the job

The I-KAM (Trade Marketing Manager) is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies designed to increase demand and sales of the company's products through distribution channels. He/she is also responsible for all pricing and discount policies practiced and the verification of their goodness in the market. Reporting directly to the Head of sales Italya, he/she works closely with the sales, marketing, and product management teams to create and manage effective marketing programs that support the company's commercial objectives.

Your tasks

- Define the sales list and promotional activities for the commercial year, declining the company's commercial policy on all sales channels and verifying, with appropriate benchmarks, the correct positioning of the product.

- Development of marketing strategy for the distribution channel: define and implement marketing and promotion plans aimed at supporting product sales at retailers and points of sale. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales goals.

- Provide support to the marketing team in developing POS materials to assist retailers in effectively promoting products and increasing sales.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing/sales activities by analyzing sales metrics, profitability and other key performance indicators. Use data to optimize marketing/sales strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to better understand customer needs, industry trends and competition. Use research findings to inform marketing decisions and develop new strategies.

- Collaborate with the product management team to develop new products and services

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.

Previous experience in marketing or sales, preferably in retail or consumer goods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and results-oriented skills.

Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and branding techniques.

Ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

Customer orientation and ability to understand market needs.
