About the job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven professional to join our Central After Sales team in a role focused on spare parts master data and pricing, ideally suited for candidates with around 3–4 years of relevant professional experience. This position offers a valuable opportunity to build expertise in data management and costing while working in a critical function that supports business continuity and operational excellence.
As a key contributor within the team, you will play an important role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting pricing processes, and gradually taking ownership of core activities. The role is designed to strengthen knowledge sharing within the team and ensure continuity across key processes.

Your tasks
Master Data Management
- Support the creation and maintenance of spare parts master data in SAP
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy and consistency
- Act as a point of contact for spare parts and consumables master data within Central After Sales
Costing, Data Review and Availability
- Take ownership of spare parts costing activities within the department
- Coordinate with central costing and procurement teams to update and maintain cost data
- Review and clean up parts that are no longer active from a supplier perspective
- Monitor spare parts that are active in SAP but no longer available from suppliers
- Support corrective actions, such as status updates or proposing alternative parts
Additional Responsibilities
- Work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Contribute to improving costing timelines and overall process efficiency
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in a data, pricing, or supply chain-related role
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Confidence and comfort in working with data
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Experience with SAP MM is a strong plus
- Experience with pricing or costing processes is a strong plus
- Good English knowledge (ideally B2)
