About the job

As a Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the development and implementation of marketing strategies aimed at increasing product demand and sales across various distribution channels.
Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and the whole Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams, you will contribute to the creation and execution of effective trade marketing initiatives that align with the company’s commercial goals.
Under the guidance of the Trade Marketing Manager and reporting to the Italian Commercial Department, you will also assist in the analysis of pricing and discount policies, helping to assess their effectiveness in the market.

Your tasks

•    Conducted competitor benchmarking to identify strategies and market best practices
•    Analyzed market trends to support strategic planning
•    Prepared reports and actionable insights for the marketing and sales teams
•    Assisted in the coordination of trade marketing activities across multiple sales channels

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Economics, or related fields
• Strong passion for marketing and commercial strategy
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good level on English (at least B1)
