Your tasks

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Building strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Showcasing and selling premium coffee equipment, including cutting-edge brewing systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions for clients.
  • Identifying emerging opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Leading sales strategies, refining market approaches, analysing your competitors and ensuring a competitive edge.
  • Delivering presentations and closing deals with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • ​​​​​5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably but not a must have within the coffee or catering equipment industry).
  • A track record of smashing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives on making meaningful connections.
  • An innovative thinker who spots opportunities before they arise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • A love for coffee and an interest in the latest industry trends.
