About the job

  • Supervise and manage all after-sales and technical support topics for customers in Southeast Asia

  • Conduct technical training to service teams of distributors for new and existing products.

  • Become the key contact person for technical and after-sales related topics to the distributors, incl. warranty, spare parts, technical consultation.

  • Warranty claims verification & processing

  • Provide support for technical documentation requirements, incl support for local certification requirements.

  • Manage the spare parts web portal and advise customers on spare parts replenishment as well as the coordination with plant & logistics for smooth spare parts supply.

  • Support new product launch with product testing and evaluation.

  • Support sales team with technical consultation

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel across SEA
  • Fluent in English
  • 5yrs experience in consumer service industry, ideally with exposure to kitchen appliances.
  • Customer escalations handling
  • Good listening and communication skills
