About the job

Become part of our team as an HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Manager (for non-manufacturing roles) within our Franke Foodservice Systems Division. In this role, you will report to the HR Manager Mexico Operations and work in close collaboration with out local plant HR team, HR and business leaders in the United States, as well as with our Global HR team.

 

You will play a pivotal role in building a new non-manufacturing business community in San Luis Potosí from the ground up, working alongside our established plant operations while being fully embedded within the existing HR organization. Serving as the primary HR interface for non-manufacturing leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.

 

Your tasks

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Build-Up (Primary focus for the first 24 Months)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-relocated, global, and LATAM commercial roles
  • Source fully bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals with strong US-facing experience
  • Build scalable talent pipelines for commercial, engineering, finance and support roles
  • Create structured hiring timelines with transparent cost breakdowns
  • Partner with Local HR, US HR, and Global HR to ensure alignment and standards compliance

 

HR Interface & Business Partnering

  • Serve as the primary HR interface for non-manufacturing leadership
  • Act as a bridge for our local plant HR organization, US stakeholders, and Global HR
  • Facilitate alignment discussions when priorities differ
  • Ensure transparent KPIs (time-to-fill, costs, quality of hire) and predictable SLAs
  • Support onboarding, engagement, performance management, retention, and cross-border team effectiveness

 

Organizational & Community Building

  • Establish a strong non-manufacturing community within a plant environment
  • Create structured communication bridges with US counterparts
  • Develop engagement initiatives and scalable HR processes to support growth

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you combine strong talent acquisition execution with outstanding stakeholder management and alignment skills, building trust across borders while delivering clarity, speed, transparency, and strong business focus to build and scale a non-manufacturing organization.


Your profile:

  • 8+ years of HR experience with strong focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering
  • Proven experience operating within structured, matrix organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with US and Global HR counterparts and leadership
  • Track record of timely, successful recruitment of bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals in Mexico
  • Experience scaling small teams into structured organizations with clear cost transparency
