About the job

Provides support in the company’s Infrastructure area by delivering technical assistance for issues related to the Windows Operating System and company software applications. Updates information on equipment assigned to users and manages assigned activities through the ticketing system

Your tasks

  • Support the IT Specialist in various activities related to the IT area as assigned.
  • Configure standard computer equipment within the Franke network, such as desktop computers, laptops, scanners, mobile phones, printers, etc.
  • Update information on newly acquired equipment in the inventory system.
  • Provide IT-related training to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service ticket issues.
  • Resolve equipment issues related to network connectivity.
  • Follow IT policies related to cybersecurity.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, and user assistance.
  • Basic English level.
  • Computers: knowledge of hardware, software, maintenance, repair, and warranties.
  • Skills:
  • Customer service: monitor and follow up on service tickets and ensure IT policies are followed.
  • Organized, able to follow instructions and provide guidance on the proper use of IT equipment and resources.
  • Honest and responsible, as the role involves assigning equipment and resolving IT issues.
