About the job

Manage all the procedures for the import and export of materials, supplies and finished products and /or machinery required by the company, within the parameters of time, costs, service and expected quality, operating under the current legal framework.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Follow up on the import, export, collection and delivery of merchandise according to the needs of the plant, though the transit report and the full step platform, to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
  • Entry of logistic expenses invoices for accounting and payment, monthly provision of overease materials in transit.
  • Investigate technical and commercial information of the goods to be imported/exported for their correct classification through the follow up of the tariff classification form and Franke Manual in order to optimized dispatch time compliance with RRNA and use all the legal benefits that allow the reduction of the tariffs.
  • Request for declarations and or certificates of origin from direct suppliers annually, for the application of tariff preferences and as a support for the analyses of the origin for issuance of certificates of origin of the customer.
  • Manage balances, renewals and new request for R8´s on demand.
  • Review and gloss of foreign trade legal files, for their protection in accordance with current legislation.
  • Coordinates, with Human Resources, all aspects of employee relations including but not limited to, employee interviewing, hiring, coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, complaints, scheduling, training and development, etc.
  • Reliable attendance is a must
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • L.A. Exterior Commerce / Business Administration
  • 4-6 years’ experience
  • International Trade Experience
  • IMMEX knowledge
  • Proficiency English level
  • SAP Knowledge
