Your area of responsibility:

  • Complete order processing for the assigned markets, taking consideration of customer-specific requirements
  • Advising customers via both telephone and email
  • Coordination with other departments, in particular Supply Chain, Product Management and   Accounting
  • Post-processing and tracking of web orders
  • Organization and coordination of device deliveries
  • Complaint Management

Your profile:

  • Very good knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and English, knowledge of German is an asset
  • You have experience in the commercial area and a good technical understanding
  • You are customer-oriented and eager to work in an international environment
  • Structuring, coordinating and prioritizing belong to your strengths
  • You are used to working independently but also enjoy working in a team
  • You communicate clearly and remain professional and friendly in stressful situations 

* The onboarding and familiarisation period will take place in Germany for approx. 3 - 6 months. After that, the place of work is Spain.
