Your tasks

· 负责高优先级的咖啡机测试，确保设备性能、质量与稳定性达到客户需求。
· 解决关键技术问题，提供现场或远程故障排查，及时支持客户运营。
· 为销售及合作伙伴提供技术支持，包括机器选型、配置及预防性维护建议。
· 提供基于产品的 总体拥有成本管理建议与解决方案。
· 制定并开展技术培训，传递产品知识及核心产品优势，确保服务团队技能持续提升。
· 管理与审查服务网络，定期审核经销商及服务伙伴的服务绩效。
· 收集市场反馈与技术需求，推动产品改进及客户体验提升。
