About the job

  • Ensure a significant increase in penetration at Key Account and chains, contributing to budget achievement, enhancing and developing a coherent and consistent approach, both in terms of range and commercial terms.
  • Ensure the application of the KA commercial strategy shared with the Sale Direction, developing and coordinating new relationships, retaining existing customers while at the same time promoting a stream of information on existing customer or prospect chains within the branch.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Networking and representing the company at industry events
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the products and services the company provides
  • Providing detailed and accurate forecasting on KPIs and targets
  • Working with management to agree budgets, target clients and strategy in line with overall business plan

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as sales/KA manager, in equipment for coffee shop business in the China market
  • Bachelor or master degree in business, marketing or engineering
  • Coffee shop business development experience is a must. Passion for Coffee Industry.     
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Language Skills: Chinese and English
  • Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sales Force
  • Self-motivated and independent character
