Ready to lead, inspire, and deliver growth? Franke Home Solutions China is hiring a sales Director to drive sales expansion across projects, key accounts, retail showrooms, design firms, kitchen cabinet makers, and e-commerce in China.

Your tasks

● Lead sales growth across projects, key accounts, retail showrooms, design firms, kitchen cabinet makers, and e-commerce channels.
● Decode industry trends, anticipate market shifts, and design actionable strategies that elevate brand competitiveness.
● Deliver counter-cyclical growth by turning market challenges into opportunities.
● Build and optimize a resilient sales ecosystem, integrating distributors, developers, design agencies, and emerging channels.
● Align and integrate cross-functional resources (Product, Marketing, Service, Operations) to create win-win synergies.
● Navigate risks with confidence, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Franke’s global standards.
● Empower and inspire a high-performance sales team to embrace innovation, agility, and customer-centricity.

Requirements

● Kitchen systems & appliance industry expertise is preferred.
● Ability to decode trends and deliver growth even in volatile markets.
● Skill in building high-performance distributor networks and cross-functional synergies.
● Sharp risk navigation and compliance awareness.
● Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
● English can be a work language is plus.
