About the job

Your tasks

• Technical Sales Support & Consulting: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to promote leading coffee solutions, including machine selection, configuration, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Deliver Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) management and related solutions based on FRANKE products.
• Technical Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide technical training and tailored sessions that highlight Franke’s USPs while ensuring ongoing knowledge transfer and offering guidance on preventive maintenance and TCO calculation.
• Service Network Control & Audit: Perform service performance audits for distributors and service partners.
• Support Franke Digital solutions: organize field tests for IoT/API/payment system software & hardware, participate in software validation for new use cases and machine software, and integrate IoT/telemetry/API projects while rolling out new/updated IoT products and services per requirements.

Requirements

•    Proven Coffee Competency.
•    Familiar with beverage solution via coffee machine in Chinese market.
•    Good team play within the Coffee Systems organization
