Are you passionate about driving business performance from a financial perspective and partnering with cross-functional teams to enable strategic decisions? Join Nokite as a Finance Manager to play a key role in enabling business partnering and cross-functional collaboration, shaping financial strategy across our manufacturing operations, and unlocking cost optimization and ROI-driven opportunities that fuel business growth.

Your tasks

What You ll Do

  • Strategic Financial Support:  Provide financial and FP&A insights to drive strategy, decisions, and opportunity identification. Support distributor/key account activities (e.g., due diligence, negotiations) with financial analysis.
  • Cost Management: Maintain accurate cost data, run simulations for new product pricing, and uncover savings by analyzing daily operational cost structures.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Lead budgeting, deliver reliable financial statements, monitor execution, analyze variances, drive action plans, and provide monthly reports. Evaluate Capex using ROI/payback, and support pricing to ensure profitability.
  • Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure full compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations. Implement internal controls and risk management per Group policies; protect financial data integrity.
  • Leadership & Culture: Lead with discipline and collaboration. Set clear team objectives, drive performance, and foster a customer-oriented, service-driven culture.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language.
  • Experience & Expertise: MNC Finance Controller with deep FP&A knowledge and strong end-to-end manufacturing experience.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and numerical abilities; rigorous logic to solve complex problems, see beyond the obvious, and identify hidden issues.
  • Mindset & Integrity: Strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution; assertive, creative, innovative, and acts with high integrity and resilience in challenging environments.
