Are you passionate about driving operational excellence through robust quality systems and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction? Join Nokite as a Quality Manager to play a key role in establishing and continuously improving our quality management system, shaping quality strategy across our manufacturing operations, and unlocking cost optimization and risk mitigation opportunities that fuel business growth.

Your tasks

  • Quality System & Process Control: Establish and continuously optimize the quality management system, procedures, and preventive methodologies. Manage laboratory planning to ensure smooth project execution and new product quality assurance.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Set up supplier auditing standards and performance appraisal procedures. Lead supplier authorization and regular quality evaluations.
  • Nonconformity & Customer Complaint Management: Drive containment, analysis, and corrective actions for internal nonconformities and customer complaints to reduce defects and meet quality standards.
  • Quality Culture & Cross-functional Communication: Foster a strong quality mindset across all employees through effective cross-functional communication, ensuring strict quality control throughout the entire process.
  • Quality Cost & Department Planning: Optimize quality costs aligned with company strategy. Set department goals, work plans, annual budget, and oversee implementation.

Requirements

  • Education & Language: Bachelor's degree or above, with English as a working language.
  • Customer Orientation: Good customer-oriented work philosophy.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with local quality inspection regulations and customer-specific requirements.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Familiar with the 8D methodology for quality problem solving, and proficiency in other quality tools.
  • Quality Management System: Deep knowledge of quality management system standards and practices.
  • Mindset: Strong process and result orientation. Speaking with data and evidence.
