Your tasks

• 新产品开发与设计：依据新产品开发流程，积极参与新项目活动，按计划按时按质完成任务；熟练运用工程设计软件完成3D建模、2D图纸、BOM、DFMEA及尺寸链分析，确保设计可靠性与文档正确性。
• 技术前瞻与创新：主动掌握行业新技术、新产品趋势，与团队内外交流探讨并应用于新产品设计；负责完成专利申请工作，构建技术壁垒。
• 项目协同与验证：与项目团队成员紧密合作，及时完成设计样品的验证和试产，保障项目各阶段顺利推进。
• 产品优化与质量支持：持续优化现有产品设计，提升标准化和成本优势；协助不合格品分析，定位根源并采取预防纠正措施，同时为其他部门提供技术支持和跨部门沟通协调。

Requirements

• 10年以上水龙头设计经验；
• 本科以上学历，机械工程相关专业；
• 具备电控龙头和感应龙头设计结构经验优先考虑；
• 熟悉不锈钢或其他五金材料的机械加工工艺机，精通计算机辅助设计工具（AutoCAD，Creo）；
• 工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的创新精神和团队精神。
