We support and prepare you to take on a role in one of our divisions or matrix functions after successful completion of the GEC program (12-18 months). GEC participants deliver projects with impact on oun local and global business, working cross-functionally / divisionally with great exposure to senior leadership.

As a part of our Graduate and Early Career Program (GEC), we are looking for a highly motivated, proactive new team member to join our Franke Foodservice Systems division. This newly created, dynamic position reports to the CEO of Franke Foodservice Systems.

Based in Smyrna, Tennessee, you will support the CEO of Franke Foodservice Systems for a wide variety of projects and individual analyses for business improvements. You will prepare recommendations for new processes as well as structural and strategic directions. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Handles a wide range of executive support-related tasks involving internal factfinding, market research, and interpretation
  • Offers proposals and recommendations that would significantly impact the business
  • Serves as an internal data analyst by conducting detailed analyses of data relative to the applicable business functions through an understanding of the functional area's business and applications needs
  • Analyze business processes and key functions; creates and documents processes to identify opportunities to automate and/or improve existing processes
  • In collaboration with divisional finance team members, study financial and business results and forecasts and then analyzes and reports to the CEO on trends and developments
  • Assists in the development of FTE headcount reporting tools and FTE budgeting; ensures accurate and timely global divisional headcount reports
  • Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance maintaining control over time-sensitive matters and objectives (working with Engineering to standardize product lines, working with our Manufacturing Plant in Fayetteville on production initiatives, working with Finance on developing pricing schemes, etc.)  
  • Assists in the development and/or review of CEO communications and assist with preparing documents for presentations 
  • Coordinates, facilitates, and assists with Division Executive meetings, weekly Executive calls and internal and customer related events, including arranging potential travel and location planning
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Your Profile:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including being on-call as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to use discretion and independent judgement.
