Your key contributions and influences

• Technical Guardian: Provide crucial 2nd - level technical support, ensuring seamless operations of Franke coffee systems across South Korea.
• Partner Empower: Equip distributors and service partners with technical know - how, in - cup quality insights, and process optimization strategies.
• Training Master: Conduct captivating "train the trainer" sessions at our showrooms, customer locations, or online, spreading expertise in coffee machine operation.
• Strategic Advisor: Offer expert advice on preventative maintenance, spare parts management, and total cost of ownership calculations.
• Innovation Driver: Build a comprehensive troubleshooting database and work on integrating IoT, telemetry, and API projects.
• Sales Supporter: Provide technical sales support, consult on machine selection and maintenance, handle machine tests, and resolve technical glitches during pre - and post - sales activities like trade fairs and key project demos.

What we expect from you

• Education: College or equal background, major in technical or engineering related  
• Rich Experience: 7 years in technical roles, with preference for the coffee systems industry, familiar with South Korea's food and beverage solutions
• Exceptional Skills: Strong problem - solving, stress management, and prioritization abilities, along with advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and proficient in English, enabling seamless communication across teams and markets.
• Dynamic Traits: Proactive, team - oriented, self - motivated, and willingness to travel around 30%
