About the job

Franke Coffee Systems UK are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Workshop Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-delivery inspections, workshop assessments and machine refurbishment.

Your tasks

Main Responsibilities:

• Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), Workshop Assessments, and Machine Refurbishment:
  • Learn the technical aspect of Pre delivery inspections
  • Complete PDIs to ensure timely customer orders are fulfilled
  • Continuous learning to ensure you learn how to fix coffee machines
  • Making sure yourself follow correct procedures
  • Communicating effectively within the team and other departments  
  • Maintain up-to-date training and technical skills for yourself
  • Learn IOT and ensure knowledge is kept up to date
• Stock Control:
  • Account for all parts in the workshop, allocating to jobs or returning to the warehouse
• Health & Safety:
  • Follow risk assessments to ensure team safety
