In this role, you will contribute by:

  • Providing a high standard of first-line after-sales support to customers and consumers by handling incoming phone calls and emails;
  • Processing orders for replacement products;
  • Processing orders for spare parts and accessories;
  • Maintaining a database of all sink and tap complaints to ensure that all complaints are logged and managed successfully;

We are looking for:

  • Experience in working in Customer Service/Complaints handling environment
  • Ability to coordinate effectively between consumers and internal/external customers.
  • Experience in executing fast accurate and professional results handling multiple tasks and assignments
  • Experience of working in call centre/ office based customer service environment an advantage
  • Strong customer service focus, always looking to improve the customer experience
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Using business operating systems e.g. SAP an advantage
