Your tasks

Lead Market Expansion 

  • Dive deep into Japan’s coffee and foodservice scene—analyze key players, trends, and untapped opportunities. 
  • Design and execute a winning market strategy: from identifying roasters and key accounts to launching impactful sales and marketing campaigns. 
  • Partner with our Managing Director to elevate the Franke brand and make it a household name in Japan. 

Drive Sales Excellence 

  • Strengthen relationships with existing distributors—be their trusted advisor and strategic partner. 
  • Win new business across high-potential segments: café chains, roasters, convenience stores, and office coffee service. 
  • Scout and onboard new distribution partners to fuel growth. 
  • Hit ambitious sales targets and celebrate success. 

Create Experiences in Our Showroom 

  • Manage our Tokyo showroom like a flagship store—schedule visits, maintain equipment, and deliver unforgettable demos. 

Be the Voice of the Market 

  • Share insights, trends, and competitor updates with the global team. 
  • Forecast sales, track performance, and report progress with clarity and precision. 

Requirements

  • A seasoned B2B sales professional with a track record in coffee, foodservice, or premium equipment. 

  • Strategic, proactive, and customer obsessed. 

  • Fluent in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus. 

  • A natural relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments. 

  • Passionate about coffee and excited to shape its future in Japan.
