We are looking for:

Commercial Excellence Analyst who will be based in Warsaw and directly reports to Managing Director Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales P&L analysis (regular and promotional, short-, mid-, long-term) per team, sales channel, region, SREP, customer, catalogue, product MIX & categories, bundles, prod. Families, selected product range, FUN, phase-ins/phase-outs, B2C sales analysis
  • Sales reporting - define and run necessary reports (content, layouts), daily, weekly, monthly
  • Collect & manage relevant market and competitor's data (sales, trade conditions, market shares, products, sales channels etc.) on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Market price analysis Franke vs competition, cooperation with market prices data provider, prepare & update source data
  • Value chains owner - update the running cost (purch. prices, FX, inbound logistic costs)
  • Sales budgeting process facilitator, Sales deduction controller, Sales price controller
  • Preparing & updating price/discount tool for Sales dpt. – calculator
  • CRM administrator, control, manage and run the market related data update
  • Demand planner, FC accuracy analyst
  • Inventory, STO, OSMI analysis, prepare & monitor sell-outs
  • SAP key user, trouble shooter, problem solver
  • Prepare sales&market – related data, analysis, PPTs for the Group and Marketing budget local controller
  • Product displays analysis
  • RRPs/ promotional pricing setting based on market benchmark – close cooperation with Cluster CM
  • Discounts/ bonuses policies for different channels/ related value chains
  • Promotional/ display policies and related spending management
  • Channel management: commercial terms, pricing, promotion schemes, product portfolios (with Cluster CM) and level of service tailored to specific sales channels

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Math, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1year experience in similar role
  • Experience working in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
  • Outstanding organization and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Well organized with high attention to detail.
  • English B2 level
  • High knowledge of information systems, databases, forms of reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel and Power Point
  • SAP good system knowledge
