We will count on you in:

  • Creating Customer Contracts (bonus, marketing support etc.) in SAP / Customer Contract Management System (CCM) 
  • Managing Customer Contracts in System and ensuring regular update of contracts  
  • Calculating of accruals and sales bonuses with system support   
  • Cooperating with Local Sales Teams all over Europe in terms of identifying discrepancies in bonus calculations/ reviewing Settlement’s proposals 
  • Supporting further development of our Customer Contract Management System (CCM) roll out process and tool  
  • Creating and updating appropriate process documentation 
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives  

You’re the perfect match, if you have:

  • Experience in customer service or in contract management environments
  • You are open work hybrid model of working
  • Experience in handling and managing large amounts of data/information
  • Experience in work with SAP/SD module and in transitions– an additional advantage
  • Analytical and demonstrated problem solving skills both technically and functionally
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills 
  • Self-management capabilities and solution orientation 
  • Customer focused mindset 
  • English B2 level
  • German or French language skills would be an advantage
