About the job
HR Business Partner provides both strategic and operational HR support, partnering with managers and employees to drive key HR processes, talent initiatives and organizational performance while ensuring compliance with labor law. The role also oversees the HR team, supports workforce planning and employee experience and reports directly to the HR Head Poland.
Your tasks
- Partnering with managers to implement HR strategies supporting business goals, workforce planning and organizational development.
- Overseeing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee relations.
- Coordinating payroll activities with the external provider, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payroll-related changes.
- Driving HR projects, salary review and talent management initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Leading and developing a 2-person HR team, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery and effective daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Strong experience in HR business partnering, supporting managers both strategically and operationally.
- Hands-on experience in compensation processes, salary reviews, talent management and succession planning.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Enova or NAIS.
- Fluent English.
