You'll join a close-knit and supportive HR team where we genuinely enjoy working together, sharing knowledge, and helping each other succeed. In this role, you'll take ownership of a broad range of HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to employee support, HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee experience initiatives.

Your tasks

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contractual changes, employee documentation, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, serving as a trusted point of contact for HR-related matters.
• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs in cooperation with an external payroll provider.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and offer management.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, company policies, and internal HR procedures.
• Support employee relations matters and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support talent and performance management activities in partnership with the HR Business Partner.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an in-house HR role (HR Generalist, HR Specialist or similar).
• Good knowledge of labor law and HR processes.
• Experience with HR administration and payroll coordination.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Confidence working with HR systems and Excel; experience with SuccessFactors, NAIS, and Enova will be considered a strong asset.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in English.
