Plan and ensure optimal inventory levels for the assigned range of products

Manage end-to-end replenishment processes
Your tasks
- Manage end-to end replenishment processes, including creation and maintenance of: purchase orders, stock transfer orders, intercompany sales orders, intercompany outbound deliveries and shipments
- Maintain material requirements planning (MRP) parameters to be in line with process standards
- Perform inventory analyses to ensure inventory turnover goals are met and out of stock/ overstock avoided; analyse root causes and take corrective and preventive actions
- Daily contact with external and intercompany suppliers and intercompany customers to ensure appropriate flow of information
- Verify and provide support to the demand planning and forecasting process
- Support global material phase in & out processes
- Support data and root cause analysis in cooperation with global and/or local business owners to identify areas for process improvement and cost savings
- Participate in projects and improvement initiatives
- Other related tasks delegated by team leader
Requirements
- Master's degree
- Analytical skills
- Experience in material planning, good general Supply Chain understanding
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge (MM, SD)
- Work organization and time management skills
- Team player with good communication skills
- Business acumen and commercial awareness
- Accuracy with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in English
