About the job

This position is taking a part in centralization and standardization of Franke product portfolio, increase phase-in/phase-out process efficiency. Supports Category Management and Global Consumer Service and After Sales with focused Master Data capabilities in our technical interfaces. As SAP is the golden client for product master data, you are responsible for the content and its usage across all data consumers (eg. reporting, product content management systems, marketing content, websites). You will be part of the Central Master Data Management team and can rely on their support and activities related to data quality, project, and process management. The position will be reporting to the Team Leader of the Central Master Data Services Team based in the European Shared Services Center in Warsaw.

Your tasks

• First level support in area of Product Master Data queries
• Support Global/Cluster Category Management, After Sales Organization as well as local functional responsible in any product master data related subject
• Support/participate in various project initiative in the company in product master data related areas
• Collaborate with the Master Data Category Specialists/Experts, Cluster/Local PDM responsible and Functional Experts to deliver solution for assigned tickets
• Support and collaborate with Master Data Quality team to ensure 100% product master data correctness and completeness
• Ensure timely availability, completeness and correctness of global product master data records in SAP, according to the defined requirements of business process efficiency and data quality
• Article creation in SAP on behalf of Global Category Management according to the established Master Data Governance rules
• In absence of specific rules, coordinate / align the definition of rules between Head of Master Data Governance, Global Category Management, andrelevant stakeholders
• Product lifecycle management (maintain Market Introduction Dates and End of Life Dates on behalf of Global Category Management, monitor the material status, change the status where needed)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Economics/Business/Technical
• 2-5 years' of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel 
• Solid understanding of SAP ERP / CRM / MDM
• English language  proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in a team, strong analytical and communication skills
